Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Aufa Sufy Shoppe will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 14 Days after the confirmation.


1) One months warranty upon manufacturing defect from date of receive.
For warranty claims:
-2) STEP 1: Email to us aufasufyshoppe@gmail.com and provide the following details:
- Name
- Contact number
- Delivery address
- Purchase Order number
- Problem
STEP 2: Upon confirmation, a mailing address will be provided.
STEP 3: Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and documentation) to us.
3) Delivery costs for warranty claim / return / repair covered by customer.
4) AufaSufy will cover delivery costs of replacement or repaired product to customer.
5) Printed receipt will be required as proof of purchase.
6) Warranty claims which do not fulfill the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.
